By booking a consultation with Bridgefort Immigration, you agree to the following terms and conditions as outlined in this Initial Consultation Agreement. Please read this carefully before proceeding.

🧭 Purpose of the Consultation

  • The consultation is designed to provide professional, one-on-one immigration advice based on your personal circumstances. It will:
    • Allow our RCIC to gather key facts about your background and goals.
    • Offer a tailored analysis of your immigration options, risks, and eligibility.
    • Provide clarity on potential timelines, documentation, and estimated costs.
    • Recommend strategic next steps for you to consider.

This consultation is advisory in nature and does not constitute ongoing representation. Should you choose to proceed with your case through Bridgefort Immigration, a separate Retainer Agreement will be required.

  • With a background in law, management, and community leadership, Brijesh brings personal experience, legal insight, and compassionate strategy to every case.

πŸ’Ό Client Responsibilities

To ensure the most accurate and effective consultation, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and complete information during the consultation
  • Disclose any prior immigration history, refusals, legal concerns, or inadmissibility issues
  • Understand that the consultant’s advice is based solely on the information you provide
  • Failure to fully disclose relevant facts may affect the quality of advice provided and may also impact any future applications.

πŸ” Confidentiality

  • All personal information and documentation you share is strictly confidential and protected under Canadian privacy laws and the CICC Code of Professional Conduct. It will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

πŸ“… Policy on Advice

  • The consultant is not responsible for changes in law or policy that may occur after the consultation

🚫 No Outcome Guarantee

  • Bridgefort Immigration will provide advice with the diligence and care expected of a licensed RCIC. However:
  • No guarantee is made regarding the approval, outcome, or success of any immigration application
  • Immigration decisions rest solely with IRCC, CBSA, or the IRB, not the consultant
